CULTURAL CENTERS Outdoor in the Urbanization Plan – Construction design: • 2 Cultural Centers Alta de Lisboa will have 4 major access roads. The main link with the city center will be through Campo Grande, through a huge rotunda under Segunda Circular, followed by a broad avenue that runs through Alta de Lisboa until the North Rotunda, linking itself with the Axis North / South. A second major access is made from the north-south axis, or by North Rotunda, or by Rotunda West, already completed. A third accessibility is carried out by Santos e Castro Avenue, a track with six lanes, which runs between the airport west of the Second Ring and North-South axis.
